What are You Emmiting?

What are you putting into your body: tonic or toxic emissions?

Every thought you think puts one or the other into your field: tonic or toxins.

The expression, "He/she makes me sick to my stomach" is about the person's thoughts about the person make them physically sick."I feel so good around you" speaks to the results of positive thoughts releasing good feeling chemicals into your body.  These chemicals clear out toxins and illness.

Their is no bigger responsibility you have to feeling good. Some people believe in suffering through so they can get to the good parts of life.  Have you met one of these people?  They are always suffering through- there are no good bits for them since their is always something to so.  They are in the addiction of suffering.  They havetoxified their system to the point of not being able to relax and enjoy.  In truth, I believe they can not stop because they do not trust that their really is joy to be enjoyed.

Will you make it your business to do at least one thing to make yourself feel good.  Keep in mind your goal is to feel better in the long term---so cookies and cake are out of the picture
