Healing EMF Sensitivity

We are electromagnetic beings and are affected by electricity in our environment.  The increasing saturation of wireless radiation from cell towers, cell phones, wi-fi and smart meters is polluting our air and living environments causing unfortunate symptoms.

EMF symptoms can range from headache, fatigue, stress, sleep disturbances, skin irritations, burning sensations, rashes, pain and ache in muscles.  In addition, there is the profound psychological distress of being so sensitive that isolation follows.

What is key, in the work I get to do is helping people who are overly sensitive to anchor back in their body.  This seems counter intuitive since the body for someone who is EMF sensitive seems unsafe and is painful.  By bringing consciousness back into the body, the body immediately begins to calm. Bodies get frightened when the consciousness that is suppose to inhabit it resides in the outer regions of the energetic field.. usually above the body.  When the consciousness resides outside of the physical body, the body goes into a state of high alert as if perceiving a threat. 

When a person perceives something is not right in his/her environment he/she stretches their field out from their body to feel what is around them.. this allows them to have access to more information. People with repeated trauma have learned to keep their field extended since they assess that they are under potential constant attack.  The increased field size has made them able to spot trouble, but has weekend the overall health of the energy field since over time it looses it elasticity and its integrity.  The bodies nervous system takes a hit making a person hyper vigilant and hyper reactive.

By reinhabitting the body, a person can begin to feel their suppressed feelings that have caused the nervous system to being overly sensitive.  Negative emotions are meant to be felt and expressed, but many have learned to not express their negative feelings. For instance, as a child a person may have learned the most important thing is to be good and to be good is to be easy to get along with.. to be pleasant.  This does not give this person room to be anything but compliant, nice, to take care of others, etc.  There is no room for him/her to express negativity, pain, resentment.  After years of unexpressed negativity the body gets to "full" and is unable to process energy effectively and begins to become overly sensitive. 

I have been giving myself away in an attempt to be liked.  It was my job to take care of everyone, I was not on even on my own radar.  I had so much anger that i was not aware of.  I  am now sifting through myself allowing my self to not be positive and...I feel better.

After years of a bad marriage, bad job I was tired and when EMF hit I thought that was the end.  I realize now I had been eroding my system for years.  EMF was the sign that I was so far away from myself.  I had been putting aside  my resentment and feelings of rejection in an attempt to be positive, but I had not truly moved on.  I was stuck there.  It has taken some time, but I have stopped seeing the world as scary, I feel safer in my own skin and I am less at the effect of EMF.
